Our Return Promise
At Shomxellchranmlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium gift purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day cancellation period:
- Begins from the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods
- If you ordered multiple goods in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item
- If we fail to inform you of your cancellation right, the cancellation period extends to 12 months from when it was originally due to expire
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or within the extended period if applicable)
- You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing (email is acceptable)
- Items must be returned within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Gift wrapping and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
In accordance with Irish consumer protection law, you cannot cancel your order for:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable items such as food, flowers, etc.)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts)
- Gift cards and vouchers (if clearly stated before purchase)
Please note: You may lose your right to cancel if the goods become unsealed or damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
How to Cancel and Return
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone within the cancellation period
- You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory
- Provide your order number (you do not need to provide a reason for cancellation)
- We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Return items within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation
- Ship items back using a tracked delivery service (we recommend this for your protection)

Refund Process
In accordance with Irish consumer protection law, once you cancel your order:
- We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery)
- We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back, or from the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier)
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we failed to inform you that you would bear this cost, or we agreed to bear the cost
If the goods are damaged or defective, we will bear the cost of return and provide a full refund including original delivery costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
